White Hot feeding spoons

Everyone's used to seeing parents test the temperature of the contents of a baby bottle on their wrists before feeding their baby, but what about the solid food for the slightly older baby? It would be difficult to test without tasting, and while that's still the safest thing to do, Munchkin's White Hot feeding spoons have a heat-sensitive tip that turns white if the food is too hot for a baby's sensitive mouth. They also have suction-cup bottoms so the spoon can stay upright, and not touch potentially unsanitary surfaces.
White Hot spoons are $3.96 for a set of two from Pallets. From SmartStuff.
