I'm not a backpack person at all, but there have definitely been times when I've thought that it makes so much more sense as a diaper bag because of the hands-free aspect of it. I find that even over the shoulder diaper bags just get in the way when you're chasing after a toddler. This backpack from GRX8 unfolds to become a complete changing station for your baby. There are plenty of large mesh pockets to keep you organized, including a separate pouch for soiled items. OK, so this backpack may not be the most stylish bag you'll wear on your back, but I do like the idea of having everything unfold and visibly accessible. I can't tell you how many times I've dug around my diaper bag looking for that certain item that always falls to the bottom of the bag.
