imadethat furniture

I love the idea of the imadethat line of build it yourself furniture. Think about how proud your kids are when they bring home a project from class; it's amazing to see the sense of accomplishment in their faces and expressions even at the early age of 18 months - 2. So building and painting pieces of furniture that they can then use seems like a perfect idea.

Each of the 5 projects, the step stool, tool box, table, stacking box and toy cart, fit together like puzzles without screws and nails and can be painted with non-toxic, kid safe paint. Each kit includes everything you need, including the paint, to complete a project. Some parental guidance is necessary, but kids as young as 4 could probably assemble one of the kits. The furniture itself is well designed. Rounded edges, the right proportions and details make each piece kid friendly.
