Natural Cycle Relaxation CD

natural.jpg

I wish I can hear some sample tracks from the Natural Cycle CD because I really want to know what pre and post ovulation music sounds like. Something tells me from the descriptive text and CD image that it's going to be new-agey, maybe with some nature and womb sounds thrown in. Here are the track notes:

Track 1: Pre-Ovulation -- Gearing up to ovulation. Listen to this track from the beginning of your cycle through ovulation.

Track 2: Post-Ovulation -- Focus on Implantation. Listen to this track after ovulation has occurred and throughout the 2 week wait until you can use a pregnancy test

Visualize...focus..the egg is being released...There's no doubt that trying to conceive is stressful and stress is often thought to affect ovulation, so hey, why not a CD to help relax your nerves? Even if it is under the guise that it's "ovulation" music, at the very least, you can probably do yoga to it.

From the Pregnancy Store.
