Wooden Pushchair

03-14-00b.jpg

It's funny how much toddlers love pushing things around - shopping carts, strollers, furniture, wagons. Why is that? Is it imitation? Is it some kind of power thing? Whatever the reason, here is a wooden pushchair from France with a canvas sling seat for more pushing fun. I don't know if it's supposed to be a stroller or just a chair on wheels (because it's doesn't really resemble a stroller), but your kid won't care.

I bought this for my daughter on a whim at romp. It's a beautiful stroller, but the wheels kept coming off. It is the most expensive toy stroller I've ever seen, but also the most poorly made.
