The DadGear Diaper Vest

c_v.jpg

I admit I chuckled when I first saw the DadGear Diaper Vest. It's pretty geeky and I imagine you'd look all bulked up with all the gear tucked in the various pockets. But after looking at all the features, it's pretty practical - fashion aside - when you're at a stage like me where you don't take the stroller all the time if you're going short distances to the playground and find diaper bags strapped to you a hindrance when climbing playground equipment after your kid. The Diaper Vest allows you to be completely hands-free. There's even a changing pad that's stored in a large pocket at the back of the vest - they've thought of everything!

And good thing it doesn't come in a size small enough for me to to wear, because I just *might* be tempted to put one on (though the vision of me in one of these vests, looking like I'm geared out to go flyfishing, is stopping me...)

My husband has this vest, and loves it. Especially nice for airplanes. It actually looks pretty much like a normal fleece vest, just a little more padded.
