Warm Belly Wetsuits

wet suit 2.jpg
I have sometimes wondered if my babies were warm enough as I let them splash at the outdoor play pool. I have to admit that more than once I have pulled my little ones out of the water with blue lips and shivers. (I recently read that a baby can lose body heat 25 times faster in water than in the air.) This baby sized neoprene suit designed for the wee one might have put my mind more at ease. These adjustable wetsuits look pretty cozy and have some nice adjustments to accommodate a growing child. The extra small even has a lower flap that adjusts for ease of fit and changing. There are lots of fun colors and sizes range from 6 month to 12 years old.

These do not provide floatation for children and are intended only for insulation from temperatures 65 degrees and above.
