ducduc Alphabet Sheets

DU-ABSH_dt.jpg

There's something really cool about these crib sheets - vaguely graffiti-esque, child-like, but not really resembling a child's actual handwriting. I've done the gingham print/spring greens and yellows/baby lambs thing with my first kid, so I'm ready for a 180 on the next baby, mostly because we'll be using the same mismatched furniture pieces but want to start fresh (does anybody else think it's weird to basically recreate the same room because you'll be using hand-me-downs for the next baby?).

But of course being modern and fresh comes at a price - $55 for a crib sheet and $350 for the crib set (though I don't love that baby blue with the sheet and it seems like a high price to pay for plain blue bumpers and a crib skirt). This seems to be the going price for any "contemporary" bedding these days, however - Dwell, Nurseryworks, etc. Argh.

At Modern Nursery.

I got my (discontinued) Dwell baby crib bedding on Ebay for $125! it was brand new in the bag and it's lovely. they had other dwell bedding as well. You can save your favorite search and have it email you daily with new listings.
ciao!
