Plant-Me Pets

Plant-Me pets are little creatures made of a biodegradable latex rubber with real seeds for eyes (though the positioning of the eyes look a little evil, doesn't it?). Their skin is pliable and they squeak when you give them a squeeze so they're quirky little toys, though I'm thinking that these pets would be better suited for older kids who are done putting toys in their mouths (my toddler is not). The cool part about these unusual pets is that you and your kids can plant them in a pot (head down to cover the seeds completely in soil) and watch them grow. The rubber decomposes and voila...a little melon, pumpkin or tomato plant can be yours to cultivate.
