Rocking Chicken

Another cool rocker found its way onto my screen this morning (no, not Eddie Vedder). This Rocking Chicken, designed by Ulf Hanses for Playsam, is a sleek black bird with painted red seat and beak. The bird looks less like a chicken and more like the bitty birds I see my cats out stalking every morning. The Rocking Chicken is a fun twist on the traditional rocking horse and kids will love the idea of flying on the back of their bird. If you are a purist don't despair, the series also includes a horse…and duck and rabbit! The wooden rockers are all sturdily built and will make an eye-catching addition to a child's room.
