Strollometer

So now that you're comtemplating those Masai shoes to get into shape, go one further and check out the Strollometer, the 8 function, wireless device that will clip onto any stroller. The Strollometer functions much like the digital readouts on treadmills - it'll give you your current walking speed, trip distance, time, daily mileage, etc., by attaching a sensor on the wheel of your stroller. I don't jog anymore because of my back and knees, but I've always been curious about how many miles a day I walk around just doing errands in my neighborhood. If I knew (and I suspect like most New Yorkers, it's at least 2-3 miles per day), maybe I wouldn't feel so bad about not exercising at all!
Pre-orders are being accepted for September delivery at various online outlets listed on the site. Sounds great, but what I really want to know is, what is that stroller that's in the photo? Anyone know?
(Thanks to BabyG reader, Cindy, for the tip).
