Toddler Food Around the World and What Babies Leave Behind
Check out a couple of insightful articles to read during a rare respite from the kids. The first, titled "What toddlers eat around the world", delves into the eating habits of kids in different countries. I actually have a friend who, once a month and for dinner, gives her three boys food from a far away place, say couscous, along with dinner conversation dappled with facts and trivia from, in this case, Morocco. This article could inspire us to try and do the same. The second article (sent to me by my friend Ramsay...thanks!) illustrates the hypothesis that babies could leave a gang of fetal cells, similar to stem cells, in their moms after birth that protect her for the rest of her life. Read on about a beautiful possibility.
