Starfish bath alarm

starfishsmall.jpg

What's a bath alarm, you say? Stick the starfish to the side of the tub at the desired height of bath water, turn the faucet on, and go ahead and leave the room. The starfish will alert you with an audible alarm when the water has reached the bottom 2 arms so you never run the risk of overflowing your tub (by the way, has anyone ever done that?)

It'll also tell you the temperature of the water on the LCD readout, which is different than most water temp gauges which only flash an icon when the water is "ok", too hot or too cold. I always find the water on the cold side when I get the "thumbs up" from these things anyway, so I'd welcome a more accurate temperature readout.

From the Child Safety Store.
