Unusual Toys for You to Knit and Enjoy

jesshutchbookletcover.jpg

I may have given up on knitting - I just don't have the time and my knitting skills never went beyond hats and scarves. But whenever I see a book like Jess Hutchison's "Unusual Toys for You to Knit and Enjoy" it makes me want to grab my knitting needles again and I daydream about brisk, cozy fall evenings knitting on the couch, the cat curled up by my side, with a nice cup of tea...you know, the whole nine yards.

This 26 page booklet with 18 color illustrations features patterns for 8 whimsical knitted toys. The cover is what grabbed me at first (I'm a sucker for book covers) and you just can't help but smile. So hell, maybe this will inspire me...Fall is just around the corner...and I am pregnant after all.

Unfortunately, the book is all sold out at the moment, but you can get on the list and be notified when it gets back in print.
