Akari prints and light sculpture

The Noguchi Museum has issued Akari prints, abstract renderings of the renowned lamps, by Isamu Noguchi that would be perfect for a kid's room. One on a wall would suffice for me. They are beautiful drawings, modern with wonderfully simple lines and come framed in dark wood (how about putting them betweeen two sheets of plexi?) and printed on Noguchi's beloved washi paper. I am loving the green print the most right now. The museum store is also carrying new Akari light sculptures, still obviously icons of modern 1950's design, in colored washi paper (think green, red, blue) that you might want to check out for more kid room decorating ideas.
