Divine Mother Prenatal Yoga Series DVD

AnnaGetty.jpg

The thing about being pregnant is that you, or at least I, need some grounding and gentle stretching to feel limber and prepare for childbirth. Everyone knows the positive effects of practicing yoga pre and post baby - I got a lot from doing it on a regular basis. But wouldn’t it be great to do it at home because, really, sometimes we just don’t have the time to run out and indulge in an hour and a half long class. The Divine Mother Prenatal Yoga Series DVD promises to provide that much-needed centering and stretching whenever you feel you need it. Anna Getty, a Kundalini yoga teacher, created this DVD that features an hour long class set to inspiring music in a peaceful setting. The gentle exercises are safe enough to be done throughout your pregnancy. Seems like there are so many Prenatal DVD’s out there, it’s nice to hear about one that everyone raves about.

Worth looking into at Yoga Mates.
