TykeLight Buddy

66714_211750_hg.jpg

This light up buddy softly illuminates your baby's room for a soothing night light, but it can also be used as a take-along light that illuminates as soon as it's taken off its base. The light is made of soft, glow in the dark material that's easy to find at night, and the buddy shape is meant to be carried. it makes a nice companion for those night trips to the bathroom for your older kid, or when you're up for a feeding or diaper change with an infant and don't want harsh lamp lighting.

These night time wakings are both, by the way, in my immediate future now that we've transitioned the toddler to a bed at our house and have another baby on the way. It also means that the toddler is waking up at 5ish (ahhhh!!!!) when it's still dark outside and bumbling into my room before the crack of dawn because she's figured out that she doesn't have to wait for me to get her out of the crib in the mornings. Needless to say, I was hoping to get some decent sleep before the baby comes since I'm dreading the whole night time feeding process, but I guess I will just have to wait a few more years!!

I've seen the TykeLight at various places online, but ithe best price can be found at the BabyCenter store where it's currently on sale for $19.96.
