Cram Cream plates

I love these plates from French company Cram Cream and this one in particular, for its red color and unique oval shape. The company also makes a T.V. dinner-style plate and a circle plate with more food dividers. For obvious reasons, plates with clearly separated sections appeal to kids because they keep different foods from each other. My son in particular is a fastidious eater and likes his rice in one place, the beans in another and the chicken, well, somewhere else. And they can’t touch, is what he says. So I’m always on the look out for this type of dinnerware. But this particular plate is really cute: the shy, mouthless face is awesome and so is the French inscription that translates as, “that sure looks good”. These plates come in various color choices (blue, yellow and the like) but the neutral cream color is a nice, soothing alternative.
