The Outdoor Collectibles Box helps kids learn about the world around them

Pocket Box.jpg

I have two little hikers in the house; there is nothing we love more than to hit a trail and see what we can find. Every time we go out, there is something the kids fall in love with: it may be a pretty rock, a leaf they like the color of, or feathers from local birds. The Outdoor Pocket Collectibles Box gives the kids something they can carry to keep these little treasures safe until we can take them home. The metal felt-lined box clips onto their belt loop with an aluminum carabiner, so this is something they can be responsible for on their own.

It's fun to find something they're interested in and then take home to learn more about (what kind of rock is it? What kind of bird has an eggshell that looks like the one they found?). This gets them excited about the natural world and let's them be more proactive in looking for things that interest them. You may be surprised at what you both learn.
