Trolley Toy, for quiet supermarket runs

trolleytoy.jpg

I've been making a lot of impulse buys at the supermarket recently, much to the surprise of my husband, who comes home to new and exotic products in the store cupboard every day. I'd love to put it down to my eclectic tastes, but really it's because I know I only have a few minutes' shopping time before my daughter gets bored. Once-leisurely strolls around the supermarket have become more like smash-and-grab raids.

Here's a solution: the Trolley Toy. You clamp it onto the trolley handle, plonk your child in the seat, and bingo! Suddenly you have time to browse.

As well as a steering wheel, there are mirrors and levers to play with. There's even a hooter - a quiet one, I hope. Also in the range is a beads-on-wires toy which clamps on in a similar way. So here's hoping I can stick to the shopping list next time.
