AraVore Babies, handcrafted organic cotton baby knits

The collection of blankets, clothing and accessories from AraVore Babies remind me of heirloom quality, handmade gorgeousness that your grandmother might knit. The details on the blankets, for example, include delicate, scalloped crocheted edges and pointelle detailing. The sweaters and cardigans are exactly the classic style that I've been searching for to put on my own toddler, but unfortunately, only go up to 12-18 months old. The collection is made from 100 % organic cotton grown in Paraguay and is the brainchild of 2 sisters raised in South America. The natural color of the cotton that enhances the handmade quality of all their knits is a bit of a quiet respite from all the colors, graphics and patterns that adorn many modern clothing lines.
