Working moms find some peace on the road

Check out this recent New York Times article about how working mothers look forward to getting time for themselves while travelling for work. I've found that to be true for me when I'm on the road for a Central American woman's magazine I edit. I can't wait for a night of uninterrupted sleep, room service and a manicure at the hotel's spa in, say, lush San Jose, Costa Rica. Business trips as mini-vacations? A gratifying perspective on dealing with the leaving-home-for-work guilt trip.
