Draw on the furniture with the Woody chalkboard table

Woody Chalkboard Table

A teacher of mine used to say, when pupils were found drawing on desks, 'Would you do that at home?'. Purchase this Chalkboard table for your tots, and I'm afraid that for them, the answer might be a confident 'yes'.

That aside, I can see the benefits here for children whose crayon line quite often hits the edge of the paper and just keeps going: no paper required, so no edges. And the possibilities are endless: why not draw a fantasy meal (especially if you've just turned down a real one that your parents sweated over)? Or design fancy placename settings for all your teddies? One step up from chalk tablemats.

A store here near Boston, MA here has this on display, and the main problem is that little arms and elbows rest on the table and chalk gets everywhere. Fun to visit somewhere, but it'd be a pain to have it at home and out all the time.

I never would have thought of that. Once again, practical experience wins the day.
