Garnet Hill Coat Hanger

13217_dt.jpg

It's nice when practical things are practically art in and of themselves. Take this imaginative mounted kid's coat rack, exclusively from Garnet Hill. I love the abstract animal forms and bright knobs. But, not only is it good looking, it's smart too, featuring moveable pegs that adjust to different heights.

Garnet Hill has a cool feature on their website where you can zoom in and scan around a picture of the item you're considering. In this case you can get close enough to see the grain of the "sturdy hardwood" mount.
