Plastisock: Swedish design

plastisock.jpg

What do I want from my daughter's clothes? I want her to be warm; I want her to be comfortable; I want to protect her. But beyond that - I just can't deny it - I want her to be wearing stuff she just looks great in. Stuff that no-one else's kid is wearing. Stuff that makes other mums come up and ask where we got it. What can I say? I'm working on it.

Meanwhile, Swedish label Plastisock really fits the bill. I have never seen anything like these bold quilted designs. Maybe in Sweden they're as common as can be, but here in England they are only available from two stockists, or from the website nordickids.co.uk. As well as the jackets, they have matching quilted dresses and zip-up overalls.
