Rinki High Chair - Cozy Up to the Bar

If you're in the market for a high chair and you have a kitchen island that needs a few stools, here's a way to kill two birds with one stone. Invest (there's a reason I choose that word) in a Rinki stool /high chair from Seimi.

Here again, we see an example of desperate parents fending for themselves. When the Finnish designers at Puustudio IDF had a child and found only the usual ugly, plastic, blah in stores, they started designing their own stuff. And thus, the Seimi baby collection was born.

The Rinki high chair is made of solid wood with color accents - available in red, yellow, teal, white, or gray - on the pedestal and seat. Suitable for babies 6 mos +, it features a sturdy, tip resistant base, and removable high chair attachment. The only thing that gives me pause is the absence of a tray. No problem if you can cozy baby up to the table, but if the height doesn't match, you're in trouble. Still I applaud Seimi for this practical yet stylish design. Let's here it for multifunctionality!
