Blanket and Poncho

snb_poncho_bloom_fold.jpg

Who isn’t a fan of kid products that grow with them and can be used in various ways accordingly? Take this handcrafted baby blanket and poncho for example. The first thing that’s admirable about it, I must admit, is the fact that it’s of polyester fleece made from recycled plastic bottles--smart and helpful, in this case, to the planet. Secondly, one keeps the ribbons tied along the middle cottom trim for use as a soft and cuddly baby blanket. Thirdly, as the baby morphs into a toddler, the ribbons are untied and voila! it’s a poncho. Much appreciated versatility for long-term use in a product that can then be passed on to arriving siblings. Just my thing!
