Cupcake Courier

I have already written about a cupcake carrier for one cupcake. But what of a carrier for a multitude of cupcakes? Yes, this is for the serious baker needing to transport goods to a birthday party, bake sale or play date. My kids love to bake cupcakes with me, ice them, decorate them and then, obviously, eat them up. They are just such an easy cooking activity that requires minimal effort with an outcome that is both delicious, not at all copious and satisfyingly creative. Anyhow, this carrier, or better yet courier, designed by a mother of two is sure to keep the little cakes secure and fresh, with virtually no possibility of messing up the icing. Works with muffins as well and like the iconic cookie jar, is sure to become a staple at many a kitchen counter.
