Learn to take it all a little easier with Crouching Father, Hidden Toddler

Christmas is finally over, and if you have any small children in your life you're probably wearing your best thousand-year stare. Between church, making sure every family has been visited at least once, and putting together toys (which require more batteries than I've ever seen in my life), I don't think I've had more than a few hours of sleep this week. Luckily I haven't lost my sense of humor, because right now if I wasn't laughing I'd probably be huddled in the corner, rocking back and forth and crying softly to myself. That sounds pretty good, actually.
That is the premise behind Crouching Father, Hidden Toddler: if you keep your patience and sense of humor you'll be fine. It's possibly the best advice you can get when it comes to fathering, and a lot of time we don't hear it enough. I look at the picture on the cover and can't help but chuckle, and the title is great as well.
Patience, sense of humor, and repeat. It works. It's also not easy, but this book should help at least a little.
