The Baby Bistro Box offers some hints on food shopping

I don't have bad eating habits, not really. The only issue is if I'm left to my own devices, I simply spend less time preparing food and more time ordering pizzas or grabbing some chicken nuggets on my way to pick up the kids. I'm not that good at cooking other than making simple things, and the idea of feeding kids is a bit scary.

The $27 Baby Bistro Box is a great product if you're at all like me. Finding recipes for children online is a snap, but where this product really proves its worth is that it comes with shopping tips, how to introduce food to your children if they start to become picky, and nutrition and safety information. I'm sure some of these things are basic if you grew up cooking, but if you're a new Dad and the kitchen scares you, this can be some good advice.

My wife got this for a shower gift and we've both found it helpful. Much easier than a typical book.
