Don't like any wallpaper? Then draw your own, with Graham and Brown

frames

My husband and I have been debating for ages how we should decorate the living room's only big, blank wall - I'd call it a 'feature wall' if I wanted to slip into style magazine jargon, but once a room is full of toddler toys and has egg on every surface, I'm not sure if that's appropriate.

Anyway, as soon as I came across this wallpaper from Graham and Brown (above), for once, we were both in agreement. We love it! In fact, as soon as I finish writing this post, I'm ordering some.

The idea, in case you haven't immediately grasped it from the picture, is that you fill in the blank 'frames' as you wish, either drawing directly onto the paper or sticking in your favourite photos or pictures. At last, a home for all those splodges junior brings home from nursery.

Now, of course, you could just as easily hang blank paper and let your visitors, children and family go wild, but somehow this paper gives you permission, and, hopefully, passes on the message that it's not necessarily ok to draw on every wall in the house.

A quick glance at the Graham and Brown website reveals that they can easily ship to the US or the UK (as well as Canada and a few European countries) - simply choose your country on the top right of their site. And while you're there, take a look at my other favourites, the cheeky colour-in ladies and pin the tail on the donkey.
