Sleep with the fishes (or the penguins) at Eazy-Tiger

It's certainly true that if you're looking around the high street shops, it's very difficult to find children's bed linen that differs in any way from a rather bland norm. If pastel colours and teddy bears are your thing, you're in luck, but if you prefer something slightly more vibrant, you'll have to look further afield.

Mother Moyna Hamilton, faced with this problem, knew just the person to solve it. Together with cartoonist/illustrator Simon Suave, she put together a line of duvet covers, cushions, bags and even hot water bottle covers. They feature a line-up of animal characters with a truly distinctive look. Each animal has a name - rather cunningly, many of those names are top of the current baby lists - and I can well imagine toddlers taking a real liking to the character they choose. Hmm: better order two, or washday could be a problem.

See the whole range at Eazy-Tiger (delivery to UK, Channel islands and Europe only).
