Apple Pie Design - Help Yourself to a Slice

applepie1.jpg

Remember when wall decals were chintzy little things that you applied by rubbing the backs with a pencil? Well, no longer. Nowadays, wall decals have joined the ranks of haute decor, and the options for kids are no less impressive than those for adults. Witness the designs by Belgium company Apple Pie Design. Their vast collection features more than 100 patterns including all sorts of flora and fauna, vehicles, letters, toys and fantasy characters. They also come in a plethora of sophisticated shades as well as six sizes to match any decor. Once applied they mimic painted silhouettes, only these can be removed. Looking over the catalog, I realized that I'd have a hard time choosing just one. Now I know why diehard design fans have several homes!
