Metro - Wow! Now that's a nice stroller!

This stroller is so sleek, modern, and stylish, I almost didn't want to read any further for fear that I might find it lacking on the practicality front. But I have a duty to do, so read on I did. I must say, "so far, so good." WIP, the Italian company famous for combining design and technology in the production of hi-tech sports equipment, has turned its creative talents to the baby market. Much to my surprise and delight, the resulting Metro Stroller seems to be another successful innovation. Made from an ultra light aluminum alloy, this versatile little number sports a double reclining, washable, interchangeable seat made from breathable fabric and available in many colors. It also features a pivoting front wheel, centralized brake, as well as an adjustable, ergonomic handle, and has a matching bag and numerous accessories. (Phew!) At least that's according to the brochure. It's a prototype, so I haven't actually seen one in person. I am dying to test one for myself to see just how light and easy to use it is. I almost don't have the heart to tell them that all they needed to do for a sure sale on my part was to make the straps easy to unbuckle. The ones on my Maclaren Volo are nigh impossible to undo. (Really fun when you're trying to extract a toddler!) Oh and I hope that once it's released, the price isn't too steep.
