Are you titchy or much taller than before?

height-o-meter

Here's a height chart that talks to children in a language they understand: the gradations are labelled with phrases such as 'titchy' (is that word only used in England, or is it universal?) or 'much taller than before'.

Of course, there are also more conventional markers for the parents to consult, but the whole look of the chart is fun, with its retro style that even extends to the lovely pointing hand stickers that act as markers.

I think titchy is used only in England cuz I've never heard it before...

My third grade students and I found "titchy" in the Roald Dahl Book, Esio Trot. He is an Englishman and he used it to discribe a small tortoise that was growning slowly.
