The Star Allergy Alerts let people know what children can't eat

Putting your child in the care of someone else is always scary, and school can be even more so. If you have a child who suffers from bad reactions to certain foods you know that there is another layer of stress when you have to hope that other people remember that your child can't have peanuts, or dairy, or even if they have asthma.

The Star Allergy Alerts can be helpful to try to alleviate a little of that stress. Each shirt has a cute graphic and a warning about the particular allergy, or even a catch-all shirt that simply says to ask the child about their allergies before being given food.

You always need to be vigilant about what your children eat, but this can help let other people know, and can even let the kids have some responsibility for watching what they eat.
