Desert Rose mugs

I was in a chain coffee shop the other day and they provided my toddler's drink in a ceramic cup, which struck me as slightly reckless - and meant that I was on edge the whole time, on my guard not only for spills, but for the sound of shattering china at our feet.

That said, I know the time is coming when she will be able to manage a china cup just like the rest of us, and when that time comes, I'll be revisiting the Desert Rose range of animal mugs. I love the little details on the 'backs', and I think she will, too.
