My Brother Jimi Jazz

New author Chrissy Butler has real niche appeal. Her first children's book, My Brother Jimi Jazz, is a story told from a young girl's perspective about the home birth of her baby brother. It doesn't stop there, this book has every thing an attachment parent would dream of in a children's book - there's the home birth, but there is also breastfeeding, co-sleeping, and even cloth diapers. The family also takes a "baby moon", which - as much as Jess has educated me on all other things AP, I had never heard of it.

So, this is definitely a book for our kids, but maybe not for everyone. This book does have one thing that will appeal to all families - wonderful artwork, by the author, illustrates every page.
