Albert

It was downright chilly in NY yesterday and I found myself digging through my winter clothes for a sweater. I was surfing around and found this adorable little cardigan from NY children's label Albert that reminded me of the one I was wearing yesterday. Albert is the design team of Ulla Johnson and Edie Ure, both fashion veterans (you may have heard of Johnson's line for women and Ure is a textile/print designer).

They focus on clothes with a "modernized idea of Victorian romanticism" for girls age 3 months to 4 years. They also have these wonderful illustrations featured on onsies, shown below.

The Tess cardigan is currently 50% off at Freckle Face boutique but alas, only sizes 3 and 6 months are available. It would make a really nice gift for a new winter baby, however....
