I am not sure how practical the PomPom Rug from Donna Wilson is - would the pom-poms trip me up, or get caught between my toes? - but one thing's for sure, a small baby would love to get face to face with it. Shapes! Textures! Things to grab! - such things equal happiness, at least for the first few months of life.
