Mirror/Chalk Board from OK-KO

okko.jpg

Like any parent, I'm constantly looking for ways to occupy my child with stimulating activities. So naturally, I love two-in-one furniture. But now-a-days, it seems like we've gone overboard, with toys that have so many bells and whistles and buttons that you risk overstimulating your child. I mean, what ever happened to doodling and making funny faces in the mirror? Both require far more creativity and imagination than your average gizmo.

Ergo, I really appreciate the ingenuity behind the mirror slate-board from OK-KO. One side is a large chalkboard; the other is a full-length mirror - perfect for hours of creative rainy day fun. Produced by a team of architect/designers, it’s aesthetically pleasing, and is also a great space-saver for any cramped nursery. Space and money no object though, I'd get two. They do look so cute together as in the picture above.
