Tirella, the snail growth chart

tirella_popupBig.jpg

When I was growing up, I'd sometimes visit a friend's house and notice the familiar ladder of pencil marks on the door jam - their growth chart. We never did anything like this in my house; for one we moved around a lot and two, we always rented. That scenario has thus far repeated itself for our kids.

Growth charts, however, never had mush appeal for us, but I like the idea of "Tirella", an actual wooden one, as it's kind of like our own portable door jam. Another appealing feature is that you can use it for multiple children by writing each name on a leaf. And with the whimsy of all Selecta products, this one has a felt snail that you can pull along out of her shell to match your child's height.
