Wiegen CONCEPT Stroller

2007.05.29.wiegen3.jpg

I have to say, though strollers have come a long way (remember when they ALL used to be navy?), style-wise none have totally hit the mark. Some are close, but none are spot on. Until now. Designed by Dan Clements for Worrell, Inc., a Minneapolis-based design consultancy, the Wiegen is the closest thing I've seen to pram perfection. With breathable neoprene siding and a five point harness system, this stroller may prove to be practical too. I say "may" because, unfortunately, the Wiegen is merely a concept stroller, so for now it remains on the drawing board. (So much for practicality.) Hopefully it will be available soon.
