Agatha Ruiz de la Prada

While browsing through a favorite store the other day, I couldn't resist a funky little bag by Spanish designer Agatha Ruiz de la Prada. (With that fabulous name, how could she be anything but a designer!) Curious to discover more of her creations, I googled her, and Oh Man, did I unearth a gold mine of vivacious color, off-the-wall creativity, and flashy fun. As she herself puts it, her designs "are naughty and optimistic, reflecting humour, colour and nature." That's practically a mantra for how I'd like to live my life!

Her items are readily available all over the web and she recently opened a store in Soho (NYC). I'm so there!
