Toadstool tea set

New from Mahar Drygoods comes this absolutely adorable toadstool tea set. An MD exclusive, this thirteen-piece set is the inspiration of artist Giana Eden, who uses traditional Japanese throwing techniques to individually form each piece. The dishes are then hand-finished and glazed right in her Georgia studio.
To me the set looks like it leapt off of the pages of Rien Poortvliet's famous Gnome book, or any of a number of other cherished children's fables. Fully functional and dishwasher safe, it's perfect for fledgling fairies and Hobbits hopefuls alike. Robert Mahar swears it's even better in person!
