momspit

So, what exactly is momspit? Well, best as I can gather, it is a cleanser akin to Purell or some other hand sanitizer, but a little more eco-friendly - less chemicals. It says that it is an alcohol free no rinse cleanser. But with a name like momspit, it begs the question, what exactly is in this product that makes it a cleanser? It's hard to erase the image of a warehouse full of mothers continually spitting into spittoons...
In case you are wondering, you can get momspit in 3 different varieties: lemon/white tea, fig/green tea, or unscented.

I'm not sure exactly how it eliminates dirt and grime without rinsing.
Soap works by loosening the bonds between skin and dirt so that it rinses off more easily. That's why soap doesn't do anything if you can't rinse.
Hand sanitizers don't eliminate dirt or grime. They just contain high concentrations of alcohol so that when you apply it, it kills any germs living on your skin.
Since this neither contains alcohol to kill germs NOR is intended to be rinsed to wash away dirt and grime, what exactly does it do?

I really don't care how it does what it says it does.
But the name "momspit" alone told me plain: It keeps moms spitting into hankerchiefs of all proportions, just to rub the dirt away from kids faces.
This is a clear nobel price candidate if ever I seen one on babygadget.

okay, i have Momspit and it works! Without the alcohol content, i can use it on dirty kid faces and little hands to get stuff off! it smells great for moms (not bubble gum or other ridiculous kid flavors!) and is a little like a light lotion when it dries, then evaporates... i love it, and unless you're a mom, you'll never appreciate the name, fully!
