New furniture from mod mom

I wrote a post about mod mom furniture over the summer and it was nice to get an update from her about her new designs, available over at her etsy store. I mentioned in my post that I was keen on seeing which direction she took as she developed her own sense of design. I'm happy to see the new pieces, particularly the Eamonn table with the Patrick and Maisy chairs, pictured above. I find the combination of natural birch plywood and lime/avocado green really fresh (though you can request your own custom color) and the lazy susan idea on top of the table is clever (not sure if it's completely functional at that scale and size, but my kid, for one, would have a ton of fun just loading the lazy susan up and spinning things round and round). Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for pieces that you won't find anywhere else. Plus I totally dig the fact that she's a mom building furniture in her garage while her kids are in school; that's pretty cool.

I love the fact that these products are made by moms at home and they take into consideration the "eco-friendly" aspect of the materials they use. Very cool! I want the Eamonn Table and Maisy Chairs for my daughter.
