Wee-Go Glass Bottles

bottlesintro.jpg

Recently, the City of San Francisco banned baby products containing phthalates and bisphenol A. And maybe you think they are crazy, maybe you are convinced that these chemicals harm babies - or maybe, you're like me - I'm just not going to take any chances. With the two kids we already have, there were no bottles, so it was a non-issue, but if we ever did have to buy bottles for our future babies - I already know that we'd be buying glass ones. Thankfully there are products like Wee-Go Glass Bottles out there, designed by practical people who care. I love the grippy sleeve on the bottles - adding style and protection from breakage for the glass. But this isn't just a glass bottle - what about that sleeve and the nipple and all of the connecting pieces - they're plastic right? No, the sleeve is free of plastics and is 100% non-toxic.The silicone nipple is also latex-free and non-toxic.The plastic ring, plug and cap contain no polycarbonates and are food grade, FDA approved and recyclable.
