B is for 'bird' and 'book' and 'bag'

Alice Melvin is one of many printmaker/illustrators who have found inspiration in the alphabet. So much inspiration in fact, that the Tate Gallery have published her children's A-Z Treasure Hunt as a book. The reader has to perform various tasks, finish off drawings, and make collages in order to complete the alphabet.

What really caught my eye, though, was this accompanying shoe bag with its bold letter B and lovely graphics. It's just one of a range of Melvin products the Tate online shop is currently offering.
