Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to all from everyone here at Babygadget. Personally, we're thankful that this will be the last year that Chefdad has to work the holiday, or ANY holiday for that matter. It's been ironic that Thanksgiving, a holiday that Chefdad should naturally love, has been dreaded year after year. Yup, all holidays have sucked around here for the past 5 years with Chefdad gone from the crack of dawn till evening, coming home long after the kids have gone to bed (I guess NYers have to eat somehow, if they're not cooking themselves). But with a new job, holidays at our house have been reclaimed! Yay! Now the Kid and BabyC will have their dad around on Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Years and maybe I'll even get a nice Mother's Day for a change. Can I say *yay* again?
